This cake was for my besties birthday! The camo turned out pretty darn well! She loved it! :)

Owl Cake Pops..... And a Skull

This was my first attempt... I forgot the ears! But this guy was recovered as a skull. These would be a lot of fun for a Halloween or a Zombie party!

A pink owl cake pop! These were so fun to make and turned out VERY well!!!!

I especially love the BIG eyes on this guy! It's much more owl like than the flat ones. Can't wait to make more!

 

 

 

 

Vanilla Bean Cupcakes with Swiss Buttercream Icing!!!

It's like a field of vanilla bean goodness! Although my recipe led me astray and my cupcakes ended up a little on the dry side... This is definitely a recipe I will be trying again! It's SO good!

Such a cute little guy, lovely swirl on top of the yummy mound of vanilla. MMMMMMmmmmmmm.....

Chocolate Mousse!!!!

This was my first time making chocolate mousse, except from a package... But that doesn't count. This turned out very well and tasted great!!!

Cupcake Cake Pops

A variety of the latest cake pops. Made to look like cupcakes! These were VERY time consuming but so much fun. I really like how they turned out...

Snowman Cake Pops!

A wonderful friend gave me a CAKE POPS book, by Bakerella, for Christmas and I had  to use it!!! I love ALL of the cute little cake pops in this book, but with the Holidays upon us (I'm a little late getting to the post) I just had to make these snowmen. :D

The one on the left looks like a Phantom of the Opera snowman. :-( It was my first try, I think I'm allowed a mess up.

I think this one was my favorite. Although this one has a lumpy body, it's still cute. I can't wait to make some more!!

Chocolate Cake with Marshmallow Filling and Chocolate Fondant

It has REAL chopsticks! :)

The sushi rolls are mini cupcakes wrapped with fruit rolls and sprinkles for the rice.
